A global confectionery company wanted to modernise and increase the production capacity of a moulding line.
At the end of this line, the produced sweets have to be conveyed to a boxing installation.
These boxes must also be transported to the customer’s warehouse. The customer was looking for a project manager for the realisation of the entire conveying project (low-voltage electrical, mechanical and automation parts).
Based on our past experience and our ability to meet the customer’s needs, we took up the challenge in close cooperation with our partner Flexlink.

Technord a réalisé l’étude, la fourniture et l’installation des armoires électriques, des automates et des variateurs de vitesses pour piloter l’installation de convoyage.
Notre bureau d’études et notre équipe du département automation ont réalisé une architecture globale du pilotage des moteur et des capteurs ainsi que la coordination avec les automates qui alimentent la ligne de convoyage.
L’atelier de câblage de Technord a pris en charge la réalisation des armoires électriques et des coffrets de commande répartis à différents endroits de la ligne de convoyage.
Un système de supervision HMI a été mis en place.
