Technord joins the top 5 of “Best Workplaces 2025” with sensational results!

13 Mar 25News

Since the Technord Group was founded, concern for the well-being and satisfaction of our employees has been an essential part of our corporate culture. To this end, every two years we participate in the “Great Place To Work” survey organized independently by the Vlerick Business School.

Each member of staff is asked, anonymously, to answer a questionnaire on different themes: management credibility, respect, fairness, pride and solidarity.

91% of our employees responded to this survey, which measures their level of satisfaction with their work, their colleagues and their management.

This exceptional turnout gives the results unquestionable legitimacy, in a context of constant growth in our workforce (we now number almost 450).

In 2021, we joined the top 10 Best Workplaces for the first time.

By 2023, we’ll be in 7th place.

Today, in 2025, we’re particularly proud and happy to announce that we’ve further improved our results, and that for the first time we’ve made it into the Top 5 of “Best Workplaces”, taking 4th place (first Walloon company) among hundreds of participating companies!

The overall satisfaction rate of our employees testifies to this performance: 93% say that Technord is a great place to work.

Key figures

Among the results, we note for example :

  • 97% say that new employees are well received
  • 97% believe that all employees are treated fairly
  • 95% recognize management’s competence and vision
  • 95% show solidarity among colleagues
  • 95% are proud of their achievements

At Technord, participation in “Great Place To Work” is an integral part of our action plan, which aims to constantly improve the well-being of our employees.

In addition, recruiting new employees is a critical challenge in order to meet our customers’ demands and continue our development. Technord is currently recruiting nearly 60 profiles: skilled workers, electrical engineers, automation engineers, computer and data science engineers.
