Technord’s Villeneuve d’Ascq branch obtains MASE certification

1 Jul 24News, Technord adventure

The MASE Hauts-de-France steering committee has awarded us MASE certification in the field of safety.

For 1 year, our Villeneuve d’Ascq branch (Technord France) will be MASE certified.

What is MASE certification?

The aim of the MASE (Manuel d’Amélioration Sécurité Entreprise) is to help companies set up and improve their health, safety and environment (HSE) management system, by providing them with concrete, effective requirements. It places particular emphasis on the risks associated with coactivity between the user company and the contractor.

Obtaining MASE certification also means achieving several objectives

For us, the MASE is not just a certification, it’s also a good way of surpassing ourselves on several points:

  • Improve our performance in the areas of safety, health and the environment.
  • Better organization and communication with workers.
  • Manage business risks with subcontractors and customers.

How do you obtain MASE certification?

To obtain this certification, we had to go through several stages.

Documentary audit

Firstly, an audit was carried out at the Villeneuve d’Ascq offices to check the documentation.

Field audit

Secondly, the audit is carried out on site at one of our customers. This enabled us to check that our teams were putting safety into practice.

The importance of safety at Technord

At Technord, safety is an integral part of our values.

Every year, we set ourselves a zero-tolerance threshold for workplace accidents.

We do everything in our power to limit the risk of incidents. That’s why we organize days dedicated to this subject, with the aim of reducing future risks as much as possible.

We are therefore very proud of this MASE certification for our Villeneuve d’Ascq site.
