On November 20, we took part in the DuoDaya French national initiative to promote the professional inclusion of people with disabilities. By joining this movement, we wanted to open our doors, share our professions and create authentic encounters that reinforce our corporate culture and human values.
Our Villeneuve-d’Ascq (Lille) and Lyon branches welcomed four disabled trainees, each accompanied by a volunteer employee. We formed duos based on trust, listening and curiosity, with a clear objective: to offer a hands-on immersion in our day-to-day work and projects.
Throughout the day, we presented our businesses and areas of expertise: automation, electricity, industrial IT, project management, digital solutions… We shared our know-how in a spirit of openness and learning. These exchanges highlighted the richness of our activities and the diversity of our skills.
An approach consistent with our corporate vision
Taking part in DuoDay is part of our commitment to building a company that is inclusive, supportive and deeply human. As a B Corp-certified company, we place social responsibility, diversity and caring for people at the heart of our commitments.
This day enables us to raise awareness among our teams, reinforce our welcoming culture and encourage career paths that are sometimes far removed from traditional channels.
More than just a day: the momentum is building
We see DuoDay not as a parenthesis, but as a starting point. Thanks to the encounters made this year, we hope to encourage :
- internships and training;
- recruitment opportunities, when a meeting reveals a talent ;
- enhanced support to help our internal practices evolve.
This continuity reflects our commitment to long-term inclusion.
This 2025 edition confirms our conviction that inclusion strengthens our company and gives it meaning.
We want to keep up this momentum, multiply the opportunities for openness and continue to welcome a variety of backgrounds. For us, DuoDay will remain an inspiring, striking and deeply human day.
