Concern for the well-being and satisfaction of our employees is of paramount importance to us. To this end, we regularly participate in the “Great Place To Work” survey, which is organised independently by the Vlerick Business School. Each member of staff is asked to answer a questionnaire anonymously on the following themes: management credibility, respect, fairness, pride and solidarity.

The recruitment of new staff is a critical challenge to meet the demands of our clients and to continue our development. We are currently looking for nearly 50 profiles: skilled workers, electrical engineers, automation engineers, computer engineers and data science engineers.
