Technord recognised Best Workplaces 2021

The well-being and satisfaction of our employees have always been of central importance to the Technord Group.

In order to measure these factors, we regularly participate in the Great Place To Work survey, which is organised independently by the Vlerick Business School.

In this survey, each member of staff is asked to answer a questionnaire anonymously on the following themes: management credibility, respect, fairness, pride and solidarity. These are all themes that we have been cultivating on a daily basis for many years and which contribute to continuous improvement and to providing our employees with an optimal working environment.

Today we are very pleased to announce that we have have joined the Belgian top 10 of Best Workplaces 2021!

The results, some of which you can see on the right, are simply outstanding.

The overall satisfaction rate of our employees has increased again by more than 10%. Today, 94% of our employees say that Technord is a great place to work!

These excellent results confirm our choices and encourage us to continue on our course towards economic, social and environmentally responsible performance.
