Supply the necessary products to the bottle filling line, automatically configure the different equipment in the line in real time.

Our contribution

Integration of an MES solution interfaced with WMS (logistics application) and ERP on a new bottling line. Depending on the planned product, the MES automatically configures the equipment and organises the automatic supplies in the line.

The benefits

Daily gain of on average 4 hours for line operators for supply management line side in comparison with a manually managed line. Production contingencies and their impact on the quantities consumed are automatically managed.
