A few months later, the results were clear: 290 employees had joined the app<\/strong>, more than 35,000 kilometers had been covered<\/strong>, and, most importantly, many colleagues had resumed regular physical activity. This is a great example of how health and team performance go hand in hand. <\/p>\n\n<\/p>\n\n
The program began with a kick-off event attended by more than 200 participants, before being rolled out across all of our locations. Thanks to AI-assisted physical assessments, personalized support, and advice tailored to each individual\u2019s profile, our teams were able to benefit from truly customized support. <\/p>\n\n

A total of 192 employees underwent a physical assessment<\/strong>, and more than 60 participants took part in the VMA test<\/strong>. This commitment was reinforced by the active involvement of our management team, which led by example from the very start of the initiative. <\/p>\n\n<\/p>\n\n
