To this end, every two years we participate in the &#8220;Great Place To Work&#8221; survey organized independently by the Vlerick Business School.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Each member of staff is asked, anonymously, to answer a questionnaire on different themes: management credibility, respect, fairness, pride and solidarity.  <\/p>\n\n<p>91% of our employees responded to this survey, which measures their level of satisfaction with their work, their colleagues and their management.  <\/p>\n\n<p>This exceptional turnout gives the results unquestionable legitimacy, in a context of constant growth in our workforce (we now number almost 450).<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>In 2021, we joined the top 10 Best Workplaces for the first time.  <\/p>\n\n<p>By 2023, we&#8217;ll be in 7th place.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Today, in 2025, we&#8217;re particularly proud and happy to announce that we&#8217;ve further improved our results, and that for the first time we&#8217;ve made it into the Top 5 of &#8220;Best Workplaces&#8221;, taking 4th place (first Walloon company)<\/strong> <strong>among hundreds of participating companies!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>overall satisfaction rate of <\/strong>our employees testifies to this performance: <strong>93% say that Technord is a great place to work<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key figures<\/h2>\n\n<p>Among the results, we note for example :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>97% say that new employees are well received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>97% believe that all employees are treated fairly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>95% recognize management&#8217;s competence and vision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>95% show solidarity among colleagues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>95% are proud of their achievements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>At Technord, participation in &#8220;Great Place To Work&#8221; is an integral part of our action plan, which aims to constantly improve the well-being of our employees.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, <strong>recruiting new employees<\/strong> is a critical challenge in order to meet our customers&#8217; demands and continue our development.
