The report highlights our employee share ownership model. <\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;Technord in Tournai: a Walloon nugget active in industrial electricity and artificial intelligence, which has chosen to pass on part of its capital to its employees. 265 people hold 20% of the shares &#8230; an exciting human, financial and managerial adventure!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">An employee shareholding model<\/h2>\n\n<p>At Technord, employee shareholding is more than just a financial initiative, it&#8217;s a genuine corporate project. Today, 265 employees are shareholders in the company, collectively holding 20% of the capital.
