{"id":25960344,"date":"2023-08-25T10:15:00","date_gmt":"2023-08-25T08:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.technord.com\/employee-share-ownership-60-of-employees-become-technord-shareholders\/"},"modified":"2024-10-07T14:40:32","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T12:40:32","slug":"employee-share-ownership-60-of-employees-become-technord-shareholders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.technord.com\/en\/employee-share-ownership-60-of-employees-become-technord-shareholders\/","title":{"rendered":"Employee share ownership: 60% of employees become Technord shareholders!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We are proud to announce that 250 employees will become Technord shareholders.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TAS: our new employee share ownership project  <\/h2>\n\n<p>Employee share ownership has been a project close to our hearts for some time.\nThat&#8217;s why we&#8217;re proud to announce the completion of our TAS (Technord Actionnariat Salari\u00e9) project. <\/p>\n\n<p>Through TAS, we have opened up 20% of our capital to our employees, and over 60% of them have decided to join this new adventure.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A look back at the implementation of this employee shareholding scheme at Technord  <\/h3>\n\n<p>With the support of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wallonie-entreprendre.be\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wallonie Entreprendre (WE)<\/a>, we were able to open up 20% of our capital.<\/p>\n\n<p>The TAS initiative was then offered to all our employees with permanent contracts, on a voluntary basis.<\/p>\n\n<p>As our CEO Philippe Foucart points out, &#8220;all categories of workers followed suit, with a third of blue-collar workers taking shares, as well as shop stewards&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Together, they will own 20% of the company&#8217;s capital from April 2024.\nMission accomplished! <\/p>\n\n<p>For our employees who arrived after TAS was set up, they will have the opportunity to join the project in 2027.<\/p>\n\n<p>In fact, every 3 years, sales windows will be opened for the resale of shares or the repurchase of new shares.<\/p>\n\n<p>After analysis, we estimate a return of 30% per year!<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why create such a project?
