For the2nd<\/sup> time, Technord has made it into the top 10 of the <\/em>Great Place To Work<\/a>. <\/em> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Concern for the well-being and job satisfaction of our employees is of paramount importance to us.<\/p>\n\n

That’s why we regularly take part in the ” Great Place To Work<\/a> ” survey.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

Principles and operation of the Great Place to Work label <\/h2>\n\n

This label highlights companies where employees take pride and pleasure in their work.<\/p>\n\n

In Belgium, the “Great Place To Work” label works in collaboration with the Vlerick Business School.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

How does it work? <\/h3>\n\n

Before obtaining this certification, we had to go through several stages.<\/p>\n\n

Step 1: Trust Index <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The “Trust Index” is a questionnaire designed to help employees analyze their level of satisfaction and trust in their company.<\/p>\n\n

Each member of staff is asked, anonymously and voluntarily, to answer questions on the following topics:<\/p>\n\n

  • Management credibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Respect<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fairness<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The pride<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Conviviality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Step 2: Audit culture <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    Secondly, corporate culture and human resources are subject to the “Culture Audit”.<\/p>\n\n

    At the end of this test, if the analysis results exceed 70%, the company is awarded the label.<\/p>\n\n

    And if they exceed 80%? Then the company can hope to break into the top 10. <\/p>\n\n

    The overall satisfaction rate of our employees is simply extraordinary:<\/p>\n\n
