{"id":25960333,"date":"2022-05-05T11:27:40","date_gmt":"2022-05-05T09:27:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.technord.com\/boiler-house-excellence-in-electrical-management-and-integrated-safety\/"},"modified":"2024-10-07T14:40:32","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T12:40:32","slug":"boiler-house-excellence-in-electrical-management-and-integrated-safety","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.technord.com\/en\/boiler-house-excellence-in-electrical-management-and-integrated-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"Boiler House: excellence in electrical management and integrated safety"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>We regularly carry out projects at the Belgian <strong>production sites<\/strong> of a <strong>global <\/strong> <strong>pharmaceutical company<\/strong> in the <strong>healthcare<\/strong> sector.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Read about the work of our Low Voltage department teams as they commissioned a new boiler house.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"challenge-du-client\">Customer challenge<\/h2>\n\n<p>Our team in the Low Voltage department was involved in the <strong>construction of a new boiler house<\/strong> with <strong>two new boilers<\/strong>, each capable of producing <strong>11.5 tonnes of steam per hour.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mission-de-technord\">Technord&#8217;s mission<\/h2>\n\n<p>As part of this project, Technord offered its <strong>expertise in low and high voltage electricity <\/strong>, as well as in &#8220;low voltage&#8221; (fire detection, extinguishing and protection, fiber optic communication network, access control and alarm management system).<\/p>\n\n<p>The genuine relationship of trust that binds us to our customer has led us to take charge of <strong>many of the works <\/strong>on this project:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General studies<\/strong> for <strong>high and low voltage<\/strong>, as well as for the <strong>&#8220;low voltage&#8221; <\/strong>part of the <strong>new building<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Carrying out <\/strong> <strong>high and low<\/strong> <strong>voltage electrical installations<\/strong> as well as the<strong> &#8220;weak currents&#8221;<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> Commissioning <\/strong>of all installations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"conclusion\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Technord <\/strong>was an<strong> essential partner <\/strong>in the <strong>success of the<\/strong> electrical management <strong>project<\/strong>, contributing its <strong>knowledge of internal procedures <\/strong>and <strong>technical specifications<\/strong> to the external design office in charge of the project.
