photovoltaic panels or cogeneration)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>compressed air<\/strong> network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>energy <\/strong> network (fuel, natural gas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>technical gas<\/strong> network (nitrogen, argon, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>heating and steam<\/strong> network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The aim is to provide a <strong>&#8220;real-time&#8221; view<\/strong> of <strong>energy<\/strong> <strong>consumption<\/strong> and <strong>production<\/strong>, with <strong>reports generated<\/strong> for :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>get a <strong>better overall view of <\/strong><strong> consumption and production<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>identify <strong>possible losses<\/strong> and <strong>overconsumption<\/strong> in order to take action for improvement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>check<strong>the accuracy of invoices <\/strong>from various energy suppliers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>perform <strong>consumption prediction<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transfer <strong>data<\/strong> from the<strong>current<\/strong> EIS<strong>system<\/strong> (obsolete PLC) and migrate <strong>functionalities<\/strong> to the <strong>new system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>meet <strong>decarbonization objectives<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>obtain <strong>Bcorp certification<\/strong> (a label awarded to commercial companies that meet societal and environmental requirements)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solution implemented by our teams<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Our teams have integrated a <strong>single energy control and historical system<\/strong> for all the energy consumed and produced at all the customer&#8217;s production sites.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Monthly<\/strong> and <strong>annual <\/strong> <strong>reports<\/strong> are <strong>automatically <\/strong>generated for each piece of equipment and each site, as well as a <strong>comparison between equipment consumption and production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Technical stages :  <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>implementation of a <strong>&#8220;Wonderware Aveva platform&#8221; system<\/strong> with around thirty web visualization clients and energy network supervision clients: creation of reports, graphs, triggers, repository storage, alerts, scaling of measurements and sensor parameterization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deployment of a <strong>Siemens PLC architecture<\/strong> and deployment of an <strong>electrical part<\/strong> (addition of sensors) with remote acquisition points placed throughout the plant on several levels (machine, line, energy supplier meter output, energy production source), all connected to the company&#8217;s Ethernet network to retrieve measurements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>integration by <strong>PLCs of measurements of energy sources<\/strong> produced by the various sites (photovoltaic, cogeneration, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gain for the customer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Our customer now has a <strong>complete view of<\/strong><strong>all its energy networks<\/strong> (production and consumption).<\/p>\n\n<p>It can therefore :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>better <strong>manage <\/strong><strong> consumption peaks<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be <strong>alerted <\/strong>to <strong>abnormal consumption<\/strong> (leaks, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>better <strong>control of<\/strong> unit <strong>costs<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take all <strong>decisions<\/strong> and <strong>actions <\/strong>in terms of<strong>impact <\/strong>on <strong>CO2 emissions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Like Technord, our customer has obtained B Corp certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The work of our teams has contributed to this!\nIn fact, the <strong>implementation<\/strong> of <strong>centralized measurements<\/strong> has made it possible to meet the <strong>improvement targets<\/strong> encouraged by the B Corp label. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Find out how our teams helped our customer optimize its energy performance by controlling costs and improving its environmental impact through a visualization tool.
