Technord

Automation - Process Control

With more than 35 years of experience, Technord has been constantly providing its customers with technological solutions designed to optimise their industrial processes, capable of standing the test of time and meeting ever more particular requirements for plants and machinery.

Automation of production processes helps improve the reliability and flexibility of the production tool, increase efficiency, obtain a comprehensive view of the facility and free up human resources for higher added value tasks.

Technord has specialised in Process Control and automation since the early 1980s. We were the first to distribute and integrate Siemens PLCs (Simatic) in French-speaking Belgium.

Today, our Process Control and Automation division comprises more than seventy engineers and advanced technicians, distributed throughout our different sites and specialised in our signature fields, providing you with their expertise throughout the duration of your projects, from the definition and production phase, through to commissioning and system maintenance.

Courtesy of our in-depth knowledge of IEC 61508 and 51511 standards and our involvement in numerous projects in a broad range of demanding activity sectors, our teams boast extensive skills in the automation of discrete, batch and continuous processes, as well as in the storage and transfer of raw materials, power management and utility management.

The first build has been running since 20/01/2017.  A few adjustments still need to be defined by the CBR teams, and a few finishing touches have yet to be completed by the project team, but I think that given the timing and difficulties, congratulations are in order for your teams. Thank you.
