Our wish is to take care of our staff like the sales assistant would do to its customers.  Staff are the main riches of our company. For customers, they reflect the kind of environment and atmosphere they feel at Technord.
That’s why we need to ensure that each staff member feels good being with us, that he can continue to evolve. He must feel useful and given his true worth by being listened to and informed. Each worker is an important link to strengthen our work chain of our companies. We must prove to him the importance of his role in the company and always keep him up to date on changes which may occur at the heart of the company.
In our management style, we combine the logic of making money with that of doing good. We encourage a logic of being responsible rather than a policy of blind obedience. Everyone has the right to speak up rather than that of keeping quiet.


Taking care of our staff members is :
