Quality has always been a constant concern at Technord.  The total quality approach of Technord is based on the ISO 9001 reference model and EFQM criteria (European Foundation for Quality Management).

 

For our customers and all of our staff, quality must be total :

  • Because quality first develops through a close partnership between our customers and our departments.
  • Because there is no quality without respecting requirements of costs and deadlines.
  • Because the quality criterion goes beyond products and services : Technord also oversees the quality of process management. 
  • Because quality should also be integrated to all activities of the group : electricity, industrial automation, industrial computing and logistics.

The socio-economic approach : social performance and economic performance, a win-win couple !

Besides traditional tools of quality, quality management uses tools from the socio-economic approach as initiated by the ISEOR (Socio-Economic Institute for Companies and Organisations) : The internal and external strategic action plan, the priority action plan, the periodically negotiable activity contract, the table of skills, the strategic steering indicators and time management.

The socio-economic management organises synchronized decentralisation by multiplying initiative and improvement poles whilst ensuring contacts and coherency between them.
