Round the clock Assistance
The customer is offered a permanent
assistance contract for round the clock service available
every day of the year.
One unique telephone number and a single e-mail
address allow you to reach our services at any
time.
The « Hotline » office centres res all
calls, and ensures the follow up by sending qualified staff who
have in shop all the equipment and tools needed.
If the customer has his own staff, then there is
the possibility of coming to pick up the parts needed at our shop
or have them delivered on site.
After the servicing, a corrective operation is
carried out so as to protect the customer from a recurring
problem.

Maintenance
