Round the clock Assistance

The customer is offered a permanent assistance contract  for round the clock service available every day of the year.

  • One unique telephone number and a single e-mail address allow you to reach our services at any time.
  • The  « Hotline » office centres res all calls, and ensures the follow up by sending qualified staff who have in shop all the equipment and tools needed.
  • If the customer has his own staff, then there is the possibility of coming to pick up the parts needed at our shop or have them delivered on site.
  • After the servicing, a corrective operation is carried out so as to protect the customer from a recurring problem.

  • Knowing that they may count at all times on an emergency servicing team as if they were on permanent standby at the company;
  • No more need to keep a stock of expensive spare parts since they have access to the over 8,000 items in stock at Technord.
  • Preventive Maintenance

After a breakdown servicing or after the set up of an equipment, Technord is able to offer the permanent maintenance of the infrastructures, this contract being combined with the round the clock emergency servicing and permanent access to our stock of spare parts.
